The house at 130 Delaware Street known as the Terry House was built circa 1860. The brick, three-story, three-bay house was built in a late-Federal/Greek Revival style. It has a two story rear wing which has a two-tier wooden gallery. The house has a cut sandstone watertable and deep corbelled brick cornice.

The house appears to be in good condition and is used as a bed and breakfast.
