The police headquarters in Gelsenkirchen Buer, was built in the years 1926-1927. Inauguration ceremony took place on 10/5/1927.
In addition they built accomodation for the barracked policemen, a motor vehicle hall with gym, a barn for horses of the mounted police and a parade ground.
