Diese Kapelle steht direkt an der Kirdorder Straße. Sie war früher das Ziel von Wallfahrten und Ausgangspunkt der Palmsonntagsprozession.
Gebaut wurde sie vermutlich im Jahr 1821. Die letzte Renovierung erfolgte 1957/58. Im Inneren der Kapelle hängt ein Relief mit der Ölbergszene, das ca. 1700 geschaffen wurde.
Heute ist es ein Kulturdenkmal.
Neben der Kapelle steht ein Wegekreuz aus Buntsandstein.

This waychapel is situated directly at the Kirdorfer Street. Formerly it was the destination of pilgrimages and starting point for the procession on Palm Sunday.
It was build presumably in the year 1821. The last renovation was 1957/58. In the chapel is a relief from the year 1700 with the scene of the Mount of Olives.
Today it is a cultural monument.
Next to the waychapel is a wayside cross made out of red sandstone.
