The Great Northern Railway was built across the Idaho Panhandle in 1892, with this section of track, between Sandpoint and Bonners Ferry being on the mainline. Given that, this little depot could have been built at that time, though as yet we have no knowledge of precisely when this depot was built. The style, the condition and the shiplap siding and tongue & groove board freight door on the building all point in that direction, though.

Now privately owned, the depot has been moved about 30 feet back from the right-of-way and is apparently used by the adjacent land owner for storage as most of the building's windows and doors are boarded over.
