Steinvariationen I + II — Frankfurt am Main, Germany - Abstract Public Sculptures on Waymarking.com

Seit 2002 befinden sich die 1967 entstandenen "Steinvariationen I+II", zwei Arbeiten der Frankfurter Bildhauerin Marita Kaus, im südlichen Teil des Ostparks. An einem Bachlauf auf einer Wiese und umringt von Büschen und Bäumen ruhen die beiden in Basalt gehauenen Skulpturen auf zwei Betonsockeln.

Since 2002, the "Steinvariationen I+II" (Stone Variations I+II), two works by the Frankfurt sculptress Marita Kaus, created in 1967, have been located in the southern part of the Ostpark. By a creek on a meadow and surrounded by bushes and trees, the two sculptures carved in basalt rest on two concrete pedestals.
