In South Kingstown, on the main campus of the University of Rhode Island, is Green Hall, which has a four-face clock in a cupola.

Green Hall is located south of the campus quad, on the south side of Ranger Hall. We entered the university via Upper College Road and parked in a public lot east of the Fine Arts Building. From there walk down Upper College Road to a walkway on the right before you reach the stone arch entrance. Walk on the walkway to Green Hall on the right.

Green Hall is a rectangular building with a peaked roof. The cupola is over the center. It is a four-sided structure with a clock face on each side, then a gold plated roof and large quill weathervane.

According to a web page on a URI web site, the clock was dedicated on May 22, 1938. Its four faces each have separate clock mechanisms that have to be synchronized periodically. Marks inside the cupola indicate that three of the mechanisms are from the Warren Telechron Company of Ashland, Massachusetts. The fourth mechanism is from Timex (who purchased Telechron), probably as a replacement mechanism.

They were keeping time (at least the three that we saw) when we visited.
