A brass Vertical Control Mark disk affixed to the top of the NW cement wall on the side of the stairs leading to the main entrance
of the Oswego County Courthouse in Oswego, NY.

Mark may be accessed 24 hours a day from the corners of East Third Street and East Oneida St near downtown Oswego.
