This is the so-called 'Gockelreiterbrunnen' (Rooster Rider Fountain), a fountain in Nürnberg, Germany, Bayern. It is located in front of the 'Spielzeugmuseum' (Museum of Toys) in the 'Karlstraße'.

The fountain was created in 1971 by the local artist Michael Matthias Prechtl.
