A white water tower that is painted to welcome visitors to the South Carolina Peach Festival that takes place each July 4th.

This tower is painted white and lettering Gilbert-Summit on top with a painting of a peach, followed by Rural Water District in cursive.

It is a 75,000 gallon tank supported by 3 legs and stands 118 feet tall.
