Drummer boy who served during the War of 1812. He was born in 1800, and died 8 September 1829 at age 29.
Inscription on the marker reads:

No records of his service in the Regular Army exist, so he most likely served with one of the privately funded and sponsored local militia Regiments during hostilities.
Langworthy Cemetery is an old pioneer cemetery. It is not active. The area and stones are in rough shape, though there has been some effort to maintain both. There is a historical marker in front indicating that this was a stop on the Underground Railroad.
The gravesite, established by the 40 and 8 Veterans Organization, is accessible by heading north on Keeney Rd from NY 5 west of the Town of Le Roy.
