A web search turned up the fact that, at least in 2012, there were 32 water systems in Barry County; and it seems that this is the one for the Oaks Homeowner Association serving 92 people at the time. It is located east of Leann and some distance west of Galena (Stone County). Painted the length of the cylindrical tank is Oaks Water Dist.
