Brass disk affixed horizontally along the lower breakwater in Oswego Harbor, NY.

Breakwater access is from the parking lot located at the north end of West 6th Street. Follow the path along the front of the hydroelectric plant and take the steps down onto the breakwater. Follow the breakwater til it turns towards the northeast.
Condition: Mark found in good condition
