EN: The Reformed Church of Ascona is located on the northern outskirts of town, next to the cemetery. The church was founded in 1962, the building is discreetly integrated into the neighborhood, but can be recognized from distance by its square steeple in typical Mediterranean style.

The church is one of three of the parish of Locarno and the surrounding area. The Reformed congregations in Ticino comprises mainly immigrants from the German-speaking parts of Switzerland still today, so also in Ascona services and other community offers are predominantly in German language.

Die Kirche ist eine von dreien der Kirchgemeinde Locarno und Umgebung. Die reformierte Gemeinden im Tessin bestehen auch heute noch vorwiegend aus Zuwanderern aus der deutschsprachigen Schweiz, so sind auch in Ascona die Gottesdienste und andere Angebote überwiegend in deutscher Spprache.
