A Detachment of the battery served one 12-
pounder gun in this position from the morning of
June 17 to June 20, when the gun was moved to
another battery. One 12-pounder howitzer was
mounted in its place and served by the detach-
ment from June 21 to the end of the siege, July
4, 1863.
