Disk is located on a culvert on the West side of Academy Blvd just North of the intersection with White Settlement Road in White Settlement, Texas. The culvert has three man hole covers and the mark is located just Northeast of the middle man hole cover. It is on the premises of a car wash. The disk is stamped 8678.
