The Robert Moses Niagara Power Plant was built in 1956 to replace a previous power plant that had collapsed. It is located on the Niagara River directly across from the Sir Adam Beck Power Plant in Queenston, ON.
The plant, named for New York City Planner Robert Moses, has a capacity of 2,525 megawatts.
