Ideally located on the Cairns foreshore, the promenade is a great place for outdoor workout all year round. Beside the outdoor equipment stations, free fitness on the Esplanade includes Aqua Aerobics at the swimming lagoon, Tai Chi, Pilates, Soul Motion Yoga, Sahaja Yoga Meditation, Beach volleyball and Bouldering.
