This clock, both large and attractive, is mounted atop a tall tower just north of Kalamalka Road and east of the Municipal Office. It is set at an angle to the rest of its world, probably for the impact, at which it succeeds.
Set atop a broad plinth of mortared river rock, the tower is made of four heavy timbers while the clock is protected by a large pyramidal roof with eaves that have substantial overhang. The only numbers on the clock are multiples of the number three.
The time on the clock, checked against the time on our GPSr, was spot on.
