In Maynard, near the intersection of Main Street and Walnut Street, is a corner of the old Assabet Mills, now known as Clock Tower Place - named after the mill clock visible here.
The mill complex is on the southeast side of this intersection. The clock tower is on the top of one of the brick buildings, and visible from Main Street. I'm not sure which building number the clock is on, but it is a building along the road. Parking is available in several locations. There is another clock further south, but this clock is mounted lower to the ground - this is NOT the clock.
The clock is in a wooden cupola structure painted white with brown trim. Clock faces are on all four sides. On top is a smaller eight-sided cupola that houses the bell, which is still there. This is topped by a green roof and small spike
This is from the Town of Maynard's web page on the mill:
"The best-known feature is the clock donated in memory of Amory Maynard by his son Lorenzo in 1892. Its four faces, each nine feet in diameter, are mechanically controlled by a small timer inside the tower. Neither the timer nor the bell mechanism has ever been electrified; custodians still climb 120 steps to wind the clock every week- 90 turns for the timer and 330 turns for the striker."
In another web page on the same site, there is a virtual tour of the clock from the inside. The clock mechanism was manufactured by E. Howard Clock Co. of Waltham, MA and installed on October 11, 1892.
I saw three of the sides of the clock and they all had the correct time.
