Description of Memorial: This memorial flagpole resides in the heart of Riverside Park and amongst a few other war memorials located here. There is a memorial rose garden and a gazebo located here as well. We visited this park in the wintertime so weren't able to appreciate the full beauty here but can imagine this particular spot to be vibrant with colors and life during certain times of the year.
