Description of Memorial:
This peace memorial resides in the heart of Riverside Park and amongst a few other war memorials located here. There is a memorial rose garden, an Elks Lodge flagpole and a gazebo located to the south of this memorial. We visited this park in the wintertime so weren't able to appreciate the full beauty here but can imagine this particular spot to be vibrant with colors and life during certain times of the year.
