The wooden bell tower on top of the gazebo houses a mechamism connected to four identical clock faces. Below each face, carved into the wood, are the words "Time Flies".

The clock face is round with a pale blue background. The marks on the face are pressed from a single sheet of metal and are connected by three rings that are coloured grey. The outer pair of rings contain the minute marks and the inner pair the hour marks. The centre ring is common to both sets. The hour and minute marks are gold coloured with the hour marks being Roman numerals. The hands, also gold in colour, are of a simple design without tails.
