The Remembrance Walkway comprises a series of plaques and sculptures that commemorate each of the services and theatres of warfare.

A plaque is dedicated to all women who served and it bears the quotes from the diary of two army nurses and one stretcher bearer. A plaque gives the list of the Royal Australian ships lost in service and another one gives recognition to the Australian Military Forces.
