The chapel of Bermont is located in the Vosges department, in the territory of the municipality of Greux, 3 km north of Domremy-la-virgin. Away from the Vaucouleurs road on a wooded plateau, 73 meters overlooking the valley of the Meuse.
This hermitage and chapel are intimately linked to the history of St. Joan of Arc. In her childhood, she made a pilgrimage almost every Saturday and carried candles before the statue of the Virgin Mary.
L’ermitage de Bermont est situé dans le département des Vosges, sur le territoire de la commune de Greux, à 3 km au nord de Domrémy-la-pucelle. À l'écart de la route de Vaucouleurs, sur un petit plateau boisé, il domine de 73 mètres la vallée de la Meuse.
Cet ermitage et sa chapelle sont intimement liés à l'histoire de sainte Jeanne d'Arc. Dans son enfance, elle y venait en pèlerinage presque tous les samedis et portait des cierges devant la statue de la Sainte Vierge.
