La plaque de ciment est encastré dans le mur de droite un peu au dessus de la boîte a fleur de bois et de la rampe d'accès a la porte de l'Église Sacré-Cœur au 45 Boul. Curé-Labelle. Paroisse Ste-Thérèse d'Avila.

Très grande plaque de ciment où on peut voir Le Cœur Sacré de Jésus Nom également de L'Église surmonter d'une Croix dans un cercle et tout au tour un rond d'Épines. Au bas on voit AD MCMLV en chiffre romain soit 1955 date de la fin de la construction de la structure de l'Église. Bien conservé malgré une petite détérioration le symbole du cœur et les chiffres romains sont bien visible de proche et de loin. C'est ceci qui en fait une plaque original par rapport a ceux daté en chiffres arabes.

Very large cement board where you can see a heart Sacred Heart of Jesus Church also name overcome a cross in a circle all around a round of Thorns. At the bottom we see MCMLV AD Roman numeral 1955 is the date of the completion of the construction of the church structure. Well preserved despite a slight deterioration in heart symbol and Roman numerals are clearly visible from near and far. It is this which makes it an original plate relative to those dated in Arabic numerals.
