This plaque honors the soldiers from Wyoming who died in service of the Spanish-American War. The plaque is one the wall near the Information Desk with several other memorial plaques. There is no admittance charge and no special restrictions to visit. The building is open Monday thru Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, holidays excluded. (visit link)
