This building is the head office of the Regionalverband Ruhr (RVR) and was built 1929 by the architect Alfred Fischer (* 29. August 1881 in Stuttgart; † 10. April 1950 in Murnau am Staffelsee).
It is a very impressive brick building in the city of Essen.
