OSHD Plevna Ditch Reference Mark South - Klamath Falls, OR - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

I recovered this Oregon State Highway Department reference mark in good condition. This mark is monumented on top of a concrete headwall (on the west end) of a culvert that spans Plevna Ditch on the north side of Hwy 66. There is no designation stamping on the disk face. This mark does not exist in the NGS database. My posted coordinates will place you very close to this mark.
