From the trailhead plaque:
This 2.5km scenic hiking trail runs along the Eramosa River valley and Clythe Creek to connect the Radial Line Trail at Stone Rd with Bicentennial Park on York Rd. The former, nearby "Ontario Reformatory" gives rise to the trail's name.
Parking is at the posted coordinates i.e. the trailhead -- Boy Scout Camp parking lot area.
Scenic views of the Eramosa River, as well as limestone wall geography and remnants of an old limestone quarry.
