This hay rake is a more advanced version of the Massey Harris counterpart. The raker allows for the furrowing of hay to the side as it is pulled along. This allowed for a baler to be in operation simultaneously, thus increasing yield in a shorter period of time.

The model on display dates from approximately the 1930's/1940's.
