Residing in front of City Hall is a large conifer tree with a dedicated plaque at its base that reads:
IN MEMORY OF THOSE

This memorial plaque looks to have been uprooted from its original position (due to the growth of this large tree) and placed a little further out.

This tree memorial resides in front of a large conifer and has great presence with the tree shadowing the city hall building below. The memorial plaque is small but its white granite color makes it stand out more on the ground.
