The West Salem offices of the Northwest Human Services Clinic hired a local artist to decorate with murals after their remodeling. The first (and most elaborate) mural is inside the clinic by the waiting room, and cannot be listed here (but can be viewed by someone who is inobtrusive).
The mural depicted here is just outside of the main entrance, on the wall of the west wing. It shows a waterfall breaking through the brick foundation of the wall, and is complemented by an artificial waterfall roughly three feet/one meter high. The mural also includes depictions of brick showing through the stucco, and a pair of surreal images appearing through "windows" in the wall.
It is recommended that you park on Kingwood or 2nd St., rather than on the grounds of the clinic.
