The roof of Tower #2 is actually U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey Benchmark DN1183. It is gray, weathered, spray-painted by vandals, but still proudly displaying "Tioga" in black letters, while Tower #3 is a squatter, modern tower that has "Tioga" in black letters on greenish-white.
