There are spectacular views of the river and countryside. Symonds Yat rock can be seen above and peregrines fly overhead. The tiny church of Welsh Bicknor can be seen hidden in the trees and many people enjoy the river in kayaks.
The boat is comfortable and a well-informed commentary of the area is provided together with refreshments.
