Glen's FindAGrave entry has a full biography, which is copied here due to a category requirement. However, you should check the link for the latest information, since FindAGrave information is reader-submitted and is often corrected later. (I've submitted many corrections to FindAGrave entries!) Here is the biography for Glen Wooten:

Mr. Glen Levi Wooten, 102 years of Sarcoxie, Missouri departed this life on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at the Christian Health Care Center in Republic, Missouri.

Glen entered this life on May 13, 1907 in Bowers Mill, Missouri one of seven children born to the late James C. and Francis M. (Hackler) Wooten. He was a lifelong area resident of LaRussell and Sarcoxie, Missouri. In 1933 he was united in marriage to Cleo Rose Mathis and to this union one daughter and two sons were born. Glen was a farmer throughout his life. For the last fifty years of his working career he hauled cattle of[f] to market to various sale barns. He was of the Methodist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Cleo Rose Wooten; a daughter, Glenda George; a son, Kenneth Rae Wooten; and six siblings.

Glen is survived by a son, David Wooten and wife, Tara, of Joplin, Missouri; two granddaughters, Cindy Olson of Dallas, Texas and Tammy Grimm of Sarcoxie, Missouri; a great granddaughter, Shelby Hayes of Dallas, Texas; a great great grandson, Ethan Hayes also of Dallas, Texas; several nieces and nephews; as well as a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services for Mr. Wooten were 10:00 a.m. Saturday, June 27, 2009 in the Housh-Goodwin Funeral Home Chapel in Sarcoxie, Missouri with Pastor Denzil Thomas officiating.

As usual, I have included contextual photos to help locate the headstone, in case there is difficulty with the GPSr satellite reception.
