The bench was donated by Dr. and Mrs B. F. Horan in memory of Thomas Patrick Horan, Australia's third cricket captain. He was born in Ireland in 1854 & died Malvern, Victoria 1916.
The bench is close to the museum carpark & in a shady position looking over Bradman Oval to the scoreboard.
