It seems that the city of La Prairie likes its utility boxes to go unnoticed. Actually, to the waymark hunter that I am, the opposite happened as I walked by them on the sidewalk. I normally drive on this street but today, luckyly, I walked and had more time to notice them.
The boxes have been covered with decals with a deciduous trees pattern. The two boxes have different patterns. Even the protection posts beside them have been camouflaged with similar decals.
Il semble que la ville de La Prairie aime que ses boîtes utilitaires passent inaperçues. En fait, ce fut tout à fait le contraire lorsque je les ai aperçues du coin de l'œil en marchant sur le trottoir à côtés d'elles. J'ai passé bien souvent près de cet endroit en automobile mais en étant à pied, aujourd'hui, elles ont intrigué le chasseur de waymarks en moi.
Les boîtes ont été couvertes avec des autocollants ayant un motif d'arbres à feuilles caduques. Les deux boîtes ont des motifs différents. Même les poteaux de protection à côté d'elles ont été camouflés avec des autocollants similaires.
