This exchange is of a reasonably simple design, but constructed of very solid materials, to keep out the Oregon weather. It's actually located on public property, bolted onto the sidewalk next to a group of mail boxes, and between the home of the steward and a small public park.
And, even though this is the only actual library in Turner, the main branch of the Salem Library (with about 50,000 titles) is less than 10 miles away.
