The plaque commemorates a century of agricultural exhibitions in the Shoalhaven district and is dedicated to Foundation members. It is dated 7th February 1964. There is no mention as to who the foundation members were & I have approximated the first year of existence based on a century. The Nowra Show Society was formed in 1876 so it pre-dates that society.
