Located in the heart of Eugene Masonic Cemetery on top of a knoll is this memorial fountain with a small plaque that reads:

IN MEMORY OF
HUBERT JACOB PRICHARD
1913 - 1963
GONE TOO SOON

Interestingly, there is no burial record of Hubert Prichard in this cemetery but his parents and spouse are buried here.
