Happened to be walking down Higgins when we encountered this DQ - time for a cone!

This is an older DQ in a relatively old residential neighbourhood on South Higgins at Strand Avenue, twelve blocks or so south of the Clark Fork River and downtown. It's been remodelled but is obviously old for its lack of a drive thru. Nor does it have a grille - the only hot things available are several varieties of hot dogs.
They got lots of Cold Treats, though.
