The footbridge is located on a steep narrow spur trail that drops down to Diamond Creek to reach the base of Diamond Creek Falls. The footbridge is made from a large log which crosses the creek. A walking surface and steps have been cut into the log and a log railing was added (partially missing now). Access to this footbridge and Diamond Creek Falls is from the parking lot at Salt Creek Falls on Ore. Hwy. 58. Look for the Diamond Creek Falls Trail near the end of the parking lot. It is about 3 miles roundtrip.
