Tours are available to see how they do it and talk to people living there. Tour individual houses where they sleep, cook and eat, and communal areas where the can have communal meals, meetings and do their laundry. They share many things like a pond and gardens.
They discuss common concerns like what are the restrictions on pets roaming common areas.
The tour goes into how they chose various energy options available. One of the things they do is have duplexes to share a wall.
