The museum and archive preserves written and pictorial evidence from the past that provide information about life in the Haiger region. It documents the town's history as an information source for historical research. The collection is constantly supplemented by loans, finds, purchase, private donations and collections. The archive is sorted, cataloged and partly digitized.
