"Denver Botanic Gardens at York Street presents a wide range of gardens and collections that illustrate an ever-widening diversity of plants from all corners of the world. Distinctive gardens define and celebrate our Western identity and a unique high altitude climate and geography.

Botanical Interest:

Herbs in over 150 varieties grow in this intimate garden.
Especially for Gardeners:

Staff and volunteers are sometimes there to answer your questions about growing herbs. A variety of classes about herbs are offered as well.

The Denver Botanic Gardens does charge admission:

Members: Free
Adults: $12.50
Seniors (65 and over): $9.50
Students with a valid ID: $9
Children 3-15 $9
Children 2 and under Free

The gardens are open from 9 am to 4 pm, except for special events. Always check their website to make sure they are open.
