New, four-lane bridge over the Moira River linking northern Belleville with the northeast Industrial Parks, the Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre and eastern residential areas.
The bridge was designated as the "Veterans Memorial Bridge" in honour of all those from the region who served Canada during times of peace and armed conflict. The Memorial features the flags of Canada, Ontario and the City of Belleville complementing a brushed aluminum torch handle and accompanying electric "flame".
The crests of the four Service Clubs who contibuted to the memorial are featured on four columns behind the torch. There is a seasonal flower bed in the foreground.

Army Navy and Air Force Veterans Association Unit 201
Royal Canadian Legion Branch 99
The bridge sports a memorial plaque as well.

Description of Memorial:
Memorial is located at the east end of the road bridge on Bell Boulevard just east of Hwy 37 in Belleville. It is a stylized torch whith supporting columns.
