Built in 1928, this type of snow plow invented in Canada, was equipped with a steam engine that drove its massive rotating blades. Two or three steam locomotives were required to push it. It is important to have these blowers on track during our winters with snowstorms.
Construit en 1928, ce type de chasse-neige inventé au Canada, était pourvu d’une moteur à vapeur, qui actionnait ses imposantes lames rotatives. Deux ou trois locomotives à vapeur étaient requises pour le pousser. Il est important d'avoir ces souffleuses sur les rails durant nos hivers avec ses tempêtes de neige.
