This find was quite by accident, which indicates that the occasional accident turns out to be an extremely happy one.

We had just chased down yet another fire station and were looking for a place to turn around and continue on our journey when it happened. B looks up and exclaims, "Look at that place!!" Indeed, it was well worth looking at! There were artworks here, there and everywhere. We jumped out for a closer look when the owner happened to spot us eyeing his handiwork. Being a very cordial gentleman, and justifiably proud of his display, he invited us in for the full tour.
The entire yard is covered in his artworks, all made from things he had scrounged or salvaged from hither and yon. Some of the creations are ingenious - a motorcycle tank and bicycle handlebars become a longhorn steer; a funnel, an old shovel and several steel bars and pieces of iron become a motorcycle rider; a disc, an old spade, two coil springs and several steel bars become a person pushing a lawn mower. Some of the pieces, such as the porpoise, are sculpted from sheet steel while most are imaginative juxtapositions of odds and ends from a myriad of machines and devices.
