Eason-Gray Cemetery is an inactive cemetery, mostly of Gray family members, that is virtually neglected as of this posting. Findagrave lists twenty-one burials here, but the presence of sandstone markers suggests there could be more.

As of this posting, this cemetery isn't officially a "Historic Texas Cemetery," but the sign up front certainly suggests its historic value, with two known burials here dating to 1874 (John M. Gray and his mother, Nancy). This is essentially a family cemetery, with the Cochrans and Grays linked by marriage, and no suggestion as to how the others may be related, if at all.

There is a fenced-in plot here with no visible markers, and a survey account at ancestry.com suggests quite a few more graves. (visit link) "Information given to surveyor is there are six unmarked and unidentified graves of children; 13 unmarked and unidentified graves of adults; and three graves said to be Indian graves."
