Blasterz have not ben able to fins much information online about the man known here as "Mr. Bill", but we can surmise that he was well loved here, that he loved to fish, and that he loved sharing his joy in the sport with children here at the catch-and-release pond.
The plaque at "Mr. Bill's Pier" reads as follows:
